Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Store Manager to join our team at Maxi. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating colleagues to improve productivity, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop Colleagues: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing guidance and support to ensure colleagues are equipped to meet their roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain Operational Standards: Ensure all store operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of merchandising, customer service, and store appearance.
- Drive Financial Performance: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth, manage expenses, and achieve departmental financial objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Identify and recruit top talent to join our team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure colleagues have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
