We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Biggar, SK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and management of the store, including meeting and exceeding sales and other financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and a well-organized store environment.
- Sales and Profitability: Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customer service standards are maintained, and customers receive a positive shopping experience.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of associates and keyholders to achieve store goals.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Career-minded, self-starter, and customer-oriented individual
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
