**Store Operations Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at The North West Company Inc. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store team to achieve sales and profitability targets, while ensuring excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Store Strategies
- Develop and implement store-specific action plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Lead and Manage the Store Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Store Operations
- Oversee store inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Manage store labor costs and schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive Sales and Customer Engagement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
