Key Responsibilities- Store Leadership

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

- Monitor and address customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
