Position Overview

The Store Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager by overseeing store activities in alignment with company standards. This position is essential in fostering a welcoming environment for customers and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership: Collaborate with the Store Management Team to achieve sales and profit objectives. Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed decisions that enhance profitability while managing expenses effectively.

3. Safety and Compliance: Oversee asset protection and safety measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Proactively address any compliance issues related to loss prevention and operational controls.
