Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure seamless customer interactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Monitor and address customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Operations and Logistics
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise.

  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
Business Development

Requirements

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
