In beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Halifax, Canada.
Role Overview:- This role is responsible for ensuring efficiency and a productive work environment by managing office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks and projects, prioritizing deadlines and workflows.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective office policies and procedures.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are functional and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and have proven experience in administrative operations or a similar role.
