Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on performance and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a bonus based on sales performance, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage.

Job Description

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with our clients, educating them on our products and services, and helping them to achieve their insurance goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their insurance needs, including life insurance, auto insurance, and home insurance.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and sales leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A successful sales record, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with all types of insurance products, including life insurance, auto insurance, and home insurance.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building strong relationships.
  • A valid Ontario driver's license.

Qualifications

To apply for this position, you will need to have:

  • A college diploma in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • A valid Ontario driver's license.
