We are seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our team. In this position, you will utilize your strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to manage high volumes of work to support critical business functions.

This is a hybrid role with 1-3 days in office.

Estimated salary: $22 per hour.

Job Description
  • Manage queues, send documents, and check compliance standards.
  • Open new commercial deposit accounts.
  • Process account change requests for existing commercial deposit accounts.
  • Open additional accounts for existing customers via Letter Of Direction.
  • Obtain/compile required supporting documentation.

The operations officer's duties will include but are not limited to the above responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, post-secondary an asset.
  • Fast-paced, multitasking, work well under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of AML Compliance.
  • Computer Savvy – MS Suites Excel: basic understanding.
  • TYPING SPEED MIN 60-65 WPM.
  • Previous admin work or ops officer experience – 2+ years.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
