We are seeking an experienced Retail Partnerships Strategist to join our team at Lightspeed. Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing a product partnership strategy across all retail products.

About the Role

This role requires a dynamic leader capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will have experience working across legal, product, and commercial teams, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in diverse geographical regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Buid and manage a team that oversees all product integration partnerships across point of sale and eCommerce platforms
  • Identify product partnership opportunities and develop a partner strategy in the retail space across products and geographies
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Team to develop and execute against the 'build/buy/partner' framework to accelerate product roadmaps and build product moats for the retail business
