Captain Foods ltd. is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in a non-technical wholesale role.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
- Provide customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to clients
- Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English
