About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Grizzly Supplies Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue.
Job Summary
The Senior Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that we meet our revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Closing deals and meeting sales targets
- Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Develop and implement account plans to increase revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Performance Metrics and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales cycles)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
To succeed as a Senior Business Development Representative, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

Compensation and Benefits Package
