Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in law and management, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed;
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency;
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Representing the firm in various economic and social organizations, building relationships and promoting our services;
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Ensuring the firm's security and safety protocols are followed, conducting regular audits and risk assessments as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a law firm or similar industry;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly;
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with business software applications, including project management tools and financial systems;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
