Talent Acquisition Role Overview:

The IT Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, driving recruitment initiatives, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Leverage advanced tools and strategies to source and connect with high-caliber candidates, including social media, internal databases, job boards, and networking events.
  • Facilitate Onboarding Processes: Coordinate interviews, conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications, and negotiate contract terms to ensure seamless candidate integration.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Nurture existing client accounts by gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Account Management and Business Development:

  • Strategic Planning: Implement effective strategies to meet the hiring demands of high-profile clients while staying ahead of market trends.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure alignment in meeting staffing needs.
  • Contribute to Recruitment Strategies: Support the organization's growth and market presence by contributing to recruitment and sales strategies.
