We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate picking, packing, and dispensing of online orders.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and Packing
- Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
- Documentation and Labeling
- Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Order Optimization
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Customer Interaction
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
- Safety and Food Hygiene
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, immediate clean-up of spills and debris, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
- Continuous Improvement
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.
