  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our client-facing teams, including scheduling, workflow management, and performance monitoring.

Requirements
