About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at G. Cinelli-Esperia Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personnel Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve personnel-related data with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage personnel information databases to ensure seamless access to employee data.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain registration systems, records, and files in a secure and organized manner.
  • Staff Relations: Prepare and disseminate staff relations information, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Arrange for in-house and external staff training to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Enquiries and Support: Respond to employee enquiries regarding personnel matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the arrangement of job postings, screening of job applicants, and administration of employment tests.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports as required to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word and other relevant software applications.
  • Security Clearance: Bondable, criminal record check, and confidential security clearance.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
