About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Branch Manager at TD Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and branch goals
  • Lead a team of professionals to provide exceptional customer service and advice
  • Manage overall budget, revenue, and expenditures to meet business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with bank operating policies and procedures
  • Identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk transactions/activities as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
