About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Hush Acoustics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Manitoba and Saskatchewan region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Partnership Opportunities: Research and identify potential business partners and develop strategies to engage with them.
  • Develop New Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with existing and new business partners to drive growth and expansion.
  • Maintain Existing Business: Foster strong relationships with existing business partners to ensure continued growth and revenue.
  • Think Critically: Develop and execute plans to ensure project success, thinking critically and strategically.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 Years of Business Development Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
  • Proven Knowledge and Execution of Successful Development Strategies: A proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Focused and Goal-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving goals and driving results.
  • Proactive and a Strong Self-Starter: A proactive and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to Travel: A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
