About the Job

We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals You will be responsible for one of the most crucial parts of our evolving sales cycle. The challenge is to create a consistent flow of qualified opportunities in the growing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation space. Our leading-edge technology is driving efficiency, performance and competitive differentiation with contact center agents and the world’s most recognized brands.

You will target, generate and qualify leads (both cold and warm) based on inbound and outbound campaigns in collaboration with your marketing and sales colleagues. Along with developing your consultative, value and social selling skills, you’ll manage your own pipeline by building relationships with your prospects and our partners, gaining trust to qualify opportunities. You will receive coaching and learn from your team and peers.

As a Business Development Representative you will:

- Develop new business via smart lead finding, social selling, and always innovating outbound techniques
- Maximize your self-planned discovery calls to create value for our business and qualify at the same time Engage potential client’s key decision-makers
- make a valuable first impression
- Determine project budget and timeline with consultative and challenge sales techniques
- Build and cultivate prospect and partner relationships by initiating communications and consistent follow up; push opportunities through the sales funnel
- Make sure our CRM is always up-to-date, to ensure collaboration with other departments and improve our results with data-driven sales

As a Business Development Representative you have:

- Bachelor degree in related field (Business, Marketing or similar)
- 3+ years of experience in social, value and/or consultative SaaS sales
- Proven ability to work autonomously; motivated and driven to succeed
- Effective team player skills: you can positively contribute to an environment in which people learn and benefit from each other’s experience
- Product comprehension: you are capable of quickly learning the ins & outs, advantages and differences between (software) products Comfortable being out of your comfort zone
- willing to make that sales pitch anytime, anywhere
- Positive energy and are driven by results
- A sense of curiosity and believe that you can always learn
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
- Proficiency with the English language
- Ideally located in Canada
