Position Overview:


As a Business Development Coordinator at Nadi Group, you will collaborate with the team in expanding our architectural, urban design, and landscape services, building on a proven business development system. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and strategic outreach to create new business opportunities and strengthen our client partnerships. If you are proactive, driven, and passionate about sales in the architecture and design industry, this position offers the chance to directly impact the future growth of our firm.


Reporting Structure:


The successful Business Development Coordinator will report to both the CEO and the Director of Business Development and Client Relations, with extensive collaboration with the firms’ Principals.


Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist with developing and implementing strategic plans to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company goals.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized service.

· Market Research & Business Growth: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and client needs and identify opportunities to expand business.

· Client Presentations & Proposals: Act as a key point of contact for clients, working with the director to prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and tailored proposals to win new business.

· Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, reporting on progress, milestones, and outcomes.

· Networking & Events: Represent Nadi Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to foster relationships and drive business growth.


Qualifications & Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales or business development with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong understanding or background (some combination of education and experience) in architecture, landscape architecture, or urban design, is essential.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.

· Experience with sales CRM tools and lead generation software is an asset.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation Strategy:

This position includes a comprehensive, four-part compensation:


· Base Salary – A competitive base salary will be provided, commensurate with relative experience and training.

· Commission Structure – A tiered commission structure (ranging from 2% to 5% of closed deals or sales) is included.

· Quarterly Bonus Incentives – Discretionary quarterly bonuses will be tied to strategic goals such as securing high-value clients, expanding into new markets, or achieving annual revenue growth targets.

· Non-monetary Incentives – In addition to a competitive health benefits plan, the firm will provide training programs, industry certifications, or opportunities to attend architectural or industry conferences. The firm acknowledges the dynamic nature of this position and will therefore offer work-life balance perks like flexible working hours or the ability to work remotely.


Career Growth / Promotion Potential:

With consistent, successful performance, their may be eligibility for career growth/promotion. Future career opportunities may take the form of ‘Director of Business Development’, and/or ‘Corporate Growth Manager’ positions for multiple companies within the Nadi Group. Future Director/Manager level promotions may provide opportunities for equity ownership or profit sharing.
