Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team in developing and executing account and commodity sales strategies. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account and commodity sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Provide market and customer intelligence to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional sales experience within the energy, transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries.
  • Demonstrated revenue growth and a solid understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen and financial analysis skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics.
