Job Description

Gunnebo Entrance Control is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our channel partners, architects, engineers, consultants, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and grow revenue in the Canadian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners, A/E, consultants, and end-users to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate our entrance control solutions to new and existing customers, highlighting their technical and aesthetic benefits.
  • Ensure all customer contact information and sales opportunities are accurately documented and up-to-date in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with our sales management team to develop and implement a strategic sales plan for future growth and market expansion.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the security industry, preferably in the turnstile, access control, or door hardware areas.
  • Successful outside sales experience selling solutions into the commercial, education, healthcare, data/IT, or government organizations.
  • Strong relationship development and management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong abilities in Microsoft platforms, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM.

Education/Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience or 8+ years of sales successful experience.
