Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Tayco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business account plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and driving sales growth in the contract furniture market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional business account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers and dealers
  • Manage conflict and find common ground to achieve mutually beneficial solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the furniture or systems industry
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
