About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced MRO Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory management and warehousing strategies are aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the MRO team to ensure optimal stock levels of critical spare parts
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts, including physical counts and comparisons with SAP stock
- Reconcile any discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Create bin locations physically and in the SAP system
- Manage and maintain organized storerooms, ensuring easy access to parts
- Set minimum/maximum levels based on usage rates, delivery times, and required safety stock levels
- Work closely with planners to ensure all necessary parts are available before scheduled work

Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in inventory management or procurement
- Strong understanding of food processing and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a preference for SAP knowledge
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to company policies and procedures
