Job Title: Business Development Officer

Central Commercial Realty is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to promote economic growth and development.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business investment.
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment.
  • Plan and develop development projects to meet the needs of local communities.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment.
  • Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on business development and economic growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
