About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Central Commercial Realty. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to promote business growth and development in our target areas.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor professional and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, including conducting surveys and analyzing data on consumer buying habits and preferences.
  • Development Planning: Plan and develop projects to promote business growth and development, including conducting comparative research on marketing strategies.
  • Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on business development and investment promotion.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct analytical marketing studies and social or economic surveys to assess development potential and future trends.
  • Proposal Review: Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to ensure they meet our investment criteria.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Research Projects: Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform our business development strategies.
  • Feasibility Studies: Develop feasibility studies to assess the viability of business investment opportunities.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to attract business investment.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites.
  • Licensing and Compliance: Ensure that all necessary business and commercial licenses are in place.
  • Presentation and Communication: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to promote our business development initiatives.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve our investment goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
