Job Title: Business Development Officer

Central Commercial Realty is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to promote business growth and development.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise professional and support staff to ensure effective project execution.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment.
  • Project Planning: Plan and execute development projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on business development and investment strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Feasibility Studies: Develop feasibility studies to assess the viability of business projects.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
