About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Concession Supervisor to join our team at Saffron Hub. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and efficient customer experience.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and submit reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, dependability, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
