Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Food and Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of Food and Beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, with prompt and attentive service.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and coaching to Food and Beverage staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Food and Beverage management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
