Job Description for Executive Chef at Chucks Roadhouse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Chucks Roadhouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and create menus that showcase our chef's expertise and cater to the tastes of our diverse customer base.
  • Chef Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of food prepared in the kitchen, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skill Level: Permanent position, requiring reliability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
