Executive Chef and Culinary Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Culinary Manager to join our team at Bad Maash Hamilton. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and operational management skills.
About the Role- This position oversees all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu concepts, promotions, and services.
- Manage kitchen budgets, ensure food safety standards are met, and maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for successful execution.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they meet our quality expectations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
- Recruit and hire qualified staff, adhering to our company's recruitment policies.
- Organize buffets and banquets, providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field, with 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, cost control, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this role is estimated at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
