Job Summary:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. They will work closely with our restaurant management to ensure that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new recipes and menus that showcase our Indian cuisine expertise
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen
- Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh, seasonal ingredients and negotiate prices
- Budget and manage inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to promote our brand and services
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field (Secondary school graduation certificate is required)
- At least 1 year of experience as a chef or in a related role (or equivalent experience)

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
