About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the eastern Vancouver/BC Area, with a focus on the Hotel & Long-Term Care industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts to achieve assigned sales growth quotas and targets
  • Prospect for potential new customers using various direct and indirect methods
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Manage territory and time effectively to exceed personal goals
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
  • Develop and maintain territory plans to meet sales targets
  • Track sales activity and maintain detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Attend team meetings for continued training and development of business skills
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role
  • Basic understanding of laundry room operations, laundry systems, technologies, and utility expenses
  • Closing skills are an asset
  • Ability to adapt to different business environments and settings
  • Solid track record in developing growth with new accounts
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Resourceful and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
