Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saif Driveway Sealing. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy.
  • Work Setting: Construction, maintenance, repair, residential, restoration, inspection.
