Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saif Driveway Sealing Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our crew, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our construction team, including trades helpers, insulators, and cement finishers.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and team performance.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. You will be required to travel occasionally and work outdoors in a noisy environment.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
