Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saif Driveway Sealing. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. You will be required to work outdoors, in a noisy environment, and may be required to travel to various construction sites.
