Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

At Saif Driveway Sealing Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors and in a noisy environment. Travel may be required.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
