Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saif Driveway Sealing Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, including trades helpers, insulators, and cement finishers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including costs, timelines, and quality metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Willing to work outdoors in a noisy environment.
  • Work Setting: Construction, maintenance, repair, residential, restoration, and inspection.
  • Physical Capabilities: Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
