This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager, Urban Planning, Architecture, or other consultancy/advisory experience looking to grow their skills in real estate development. The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn and grow, with a deep interest in city building and a passion for solving complex problems.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on level of industry experience and exposure, plus a discretionary bonus. Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management responsibilities for high-profile mixed-use real estate development projects
  • Manage projects through various stages of the development process, from conceptualization to completion
  • Oversee research and analysis of land, housing, and commercial real estate markets across multiple key markets
  • Develop engaging presentations to showcase findings to clients and stakeholders
  • Review reports and summary documents for the executive team and external partners
  • Supervise and manage team members as the organization grows

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience within the real estate development industry in a consulting and/or advisory role
  • Post-secondary education with a focus on Urban Planning, Architecture, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture
  • Possession of strong analytical and research skills combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A collaborative attitude with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
