Job Opportunity:

At Royal Bank of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to our customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes to improve customer success and overall team performance.

Requirements:

  • English/French bilingualism.
  • Customer service experience in a startup environment and/or fast-paced growing organization.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to customer concerns.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to identify and tackle new opportunities.
  • Interest in technology and building innovative online solutions.
