Insurance Account Representative Opportunity

Donna Watt Insurance and Financial Services Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as an Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate insurance products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
