Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Establish work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be expected to stand for extended periods and be physically able to perform the duties of the role.
