Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Saffron Indian Restaurant & Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to meet our sales and customer service goals, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate our team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the ordering and stocking of supplies, ensuring that our restaurant is well-stocked and that we are not over- or under-stocked.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Provide Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
