Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Saffron Indian Restaurant & Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the restaurant's front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staff supervision and training.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labor scheduling.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that menu offerings are consistently high-quality and that food preparation meets our standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
