As a Store Manager for our Birks store, you will embody our belief in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a highly motivated team that values excellence, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a high-volume retail store, focusing on excellent customer service and staff development.
  • Drive sales growth, lead and motivate staff to become luxury jewelry sales leaders, and foster a client-centric environment.
  • Manage store operations, business development, client relations, and community engagement.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail and/or jewelry.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or other relevant education.
  • Strong leadership and team values, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A solid knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
  • A goal-oriented and sales-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
