In this position, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with each client, making personalized recommendations that meet their needs, and fostering an environment that puts the client at the forefront. Achieving or exceeding sales targets continuously is also an essential aspect of this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail and/or jewelry;
  • Strong team values and great interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Good organization and learning skills;
  • Knowledge of English; Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required to communicate effectively with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
