Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering superior service experiences to discerning clientele.
- Champion customer experience initiatives, driving long-term loyalty and conversion through training and development programs.
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture through our internal Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting individual growth and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store or department.
- Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others, with a proven track record of documented coaching and development.
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail, with a keen understanding of executing business plans and company initiatives.
