About the Role

ASF Associates Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Design Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Design Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, reading blueprints to determine work requirements, and supervising other drafting personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.
  • Develop and prepare design sketches.
  • Write technical reports.
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors.
  • Consult with clients, engineers, or production specialists to establish product requirements.

Requirements

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • AutoCAD Certification.
