We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Drafter - Design Specialist to join our team at ASF Associates Inc.

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

As a Senior Technical Drafter - Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements and ensure that designs meet specifications and standards.

You will also supervise and train junior drafting personnel, develop design sketches, and prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

Your attention to detail and ability to examine drawings for conformity and errors will be essential in ensuring the quality of our designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a drafter
  • AutoCAD certification
